TISPOL Conference

September 10, 2018

Agilysis were again in attendance at the excellent TISPOL conference in Manchester which brings together enforcement specialists from across Europe to share their experience and knowledge.

Richard Owen provided a presentation on the recent work with Transport Scotland looking at the different approaches available to selecting camera sites to support casualty-reduction strategies.  The presentation include a live demonstration of the route analysis dashboard produced as a part of the project.  This online tool reviewed all classified roads in Scotland and highlighted those with the highest collision densities, taking into account a detailed scoring system.
