Executive Administrator (Maternity Cover)
Location: Agilysis’ Banbury office, Oxfordshire, UK
We are a growing UK business located in Banbury, Oxfordshire, looking to recruit an Executive Administrator to cover Maternity Leave in our Business & Finance team.
Job Purpose:
To support the Directors and Executive Team in the organisation and management of Agilysis Limited.
The postholder will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure our HR policies and procedures comply with relevant regulations.
Key Requirements:
All applicants must have:
- Inbox/diary management experience (specifically MS Outlook 365 and MS Teams)
- Key experience in booking and admin for events/conferences that the Executive Team attend.
- Key experience in managing and maintaining confidential documentation.
- ISO Standards Awareness (9001 (Quality Management) and 45001 (Health & Safety) preferred)
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including minute taking.
- Be experienced in administration systems and processes.
- Have a current right to work in the UK.
- Reside within, or be willing to relocate within, a commutable distance from Banbury.

Salary: £30,000 to £32,000 per annum FTE, dependent on experience. Agilysis Limited is a Living Wage Employer.
Annual Leave: 25 days + bank holidays
