Sales and Marketing Assistant
Location: Agilysis’ Banbury office, Oxfordshire, UK

Full-Time (37.5hrs per week)

 

Job Purpose:

To support the Sales and Marketing Team in the day-to-day administration and general operations of the business, particularly the Commercial Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining client and organisation records in our CRM (HubSpot), and supporting sales pipeline administration
  • Managing our central product and info inbox, answering calls and liaising with clients and colleagues
  • Providing administrative support for webinars, user groups and in-person events
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager with the delivery of marketing content
  • Supporting the Client Strategy Manager with commercial activities

Salary £26,500 to £28,000 per annum (37.5hr per week)
