Principal Consultant
Location: Agilysis’ Banbury office, Oxfordshire, UK
Remote working and travel: The post is suitable for hybrid working (a combination of working in the office and at home) subject to agreement. The post will require visits to client premises, conferences and events.
The post holder will lead the delivery of a range of high-quality consultancy projects provided by Agilysis Limited. This will involve negotiating commissions by writing proposals or bids, designing technical methodologies, managing resources, and managing project delivery with the client. They will also represent Agilysis at meetings, events and conferences using these opportunities to communicate our work and learn from others. At all times they will work for our clients to ensure they derive maximum benefit in shaping road safety interventions and policies.
Our team adopt hybrid working practices with everyone spending significant time in our Banbury office. The right working pattern for you can be discussed at interview and reviewed regularly during your appointment, but we do expect you to attend the office for at least half of the week as you learn from the experts in the team.

We are looking for candidates who have the skills, experience, and knowledge set out for one or more of these domains. We do not require individuals to hold skills in all three domains.

Salary: £44,000 per annum. Agilysis Limited is a Living Wage Employer.

Sales Manager
Location: Agilysis’ Banbury office, Oxfordshire, UK
We are a growing UK business located in Banbury, Oxfordshire, looking to recruit a new Sales Manager to our growing Sales & Marketing team.
Job Purpose:
To lead on the effective and efficient delivery of the company’s sales strategy. The post holder will be responsible for sales growth with a special focus on commoditised products and services in the UK. They will ensure that our CRM is accurate with significant coverage in the sectors we are selling into. They will organise the sales process including sales pitches for different products in different sectors. Staff training and customer support will also be a key element of their role. They will provide reports on activities undertaken and forthcoming plans together with tracking KPIs to provide a clear measure of performance.
