Site Selection Tool new functionality

We have a new beta release of our Site Selection Tool which provides a comparator analysis following more traditional 'cluster' analysis techniques.

The SST is an advanced, hybrid analysis system that takes in data about local roads and collisions then allows users to apply varying criteria to identify routes or sites where safety treatments including enforcement and engineering may be a priority.

Following on from consultations with users we have now added a cluster output which replicates approaches used in legacy collision analysis systems for comparison purposes. This enables users to clearly see where new, emerging risk locations are and where they would normally be directed using network-agnostic methodologies.
