As an expanding company, we know that we need to grow a team that continues to be based on a range of skills and perspectives, building upon the knowledge and enthusiasm gained from school, college, or university and combined with our bespoke training courses. Our experts stand on the world stage of road safety – we need to nurture others to deliver our work and follow in our footsteps.
This makes Momentum an exciting programme. Each year’s intake will have different interests and specialisms, but will develop together, contributing to our common goals and building invaluable experience to launch careers.
What does the programme involve?
Momentum is a flexible programme, with a variety of options depending on the roles we need for each intake.
For many, the standard approach will be a two-year fixed term internship. Regardless of the training path or length of programme, there are key benefits for all: we will provide a dedicated training and support programme and deliver real-world work experience, all whilst our candidates earn a salary. The programme is about growing the team members of the future, so the goal is to place as many Momentum graduates into our permanent team as we can.
Training sits alongside real-world practice. Throughout the programme, you will be working on client projects and products and applying your skills in research and analysis, whilst also attending external conferences and courses and joining emerging professional networks, such as that offered by the Chartered Institute of Highways and Transportation.

Consultant/Data Analyst Apprentice
Undertake a 15-month (+ 3 months End Point Assessment) Level 4 Apprenticeship: AI Data Analyst, whilst supporting the design and delivery of a range of high-quality consultancy products provided by Agilysis.
The start date for this role will be in July/August.
Data Technician Apprentice
Undertake a 15-month (+ 3 months End Point Assessment) Level 3 Apprenticeship: Data Technician whilst supporting the design and delivery of a range of high-quality consultancy products provided by Agilysis.
